About this Course

Swimmer Level 1/2 These beginners become comfortable jumping in water with/without a PFD. They'll learn to open their eyes, exhale and hold breath underwater. Floats, glides, kicking, basic diving, somersaults and handstands develop water confidence and skills. Skills Covered: Jumping with/without PFD, underwater breathing, floats, glides, kicking, basic diving, somersaults, handstands. Important Lesson Information Location: Osoyoos Holiday Inn - drop-in fee covered by Water Waves! Meet your instructor on the pool deck. Schedule: Log into your account and click your child's name to verify lesson times. Past booking issues make this important. Parents: Welcome to watch but keep conversations quiet due to pool echo. If distracting, instructor may ask you to wait in lobby. Waiver: Complete Holiday Inn paperwork at front desk before lessons (once yearly, but terms apply to each registration).
